The Prisoner – Episode Six – Checkmate

The aptly named “Checkmate” sees all of Number 2’s (Ian McKellen) pieces fall into place as more and more holes appear in The Village and Number 6 struggles with deciding the fate of its inhabitants. Two worlds seemingly collide as the terrible truth behind The Village is revealed. John Richards worked as second unit director on this series finale of The Prisoner.

The Prisoner – Episode Five – Schizoid

Number 2’s (Ian McKellen) life is put at risk as a duplicate of Number 6 (Jim Caviezel) begins stalking The Village with only the real Number 6 capable of standing in the way. However, things become even more complicated when a duplicate of Number 2 also appears and Number 313 (Ruth Wilson) searches for answers in her returning memories. The role of second unit director was filled by John Richards on this exciting, penultimate episode of The Prisoner.
